ACM Queue - The one-minute risk assessment tool - An analysis of risks in software development, using data from senior IT managers, produced surprising results. Our one-minute assessment tool applies those results to assessing the risks of specific pr: "project managers and the relevant stakeholders for each project can be combined to provide a quick back-of-the-envelope assessment of each project's risk exposure. The score will range from 10 to 100. The lower the overall risk score for a project, the higher its risk exposure."
